   2. The arbitration will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa and the proceedings will be conducted in English.
   3. The costs of the arbitration will be borne by the unsuccessful party.
8. Privacy/Confidentiality
   1. Any information collected by Sage Pastel from users of this site shall not be revealed or disclosed to third parties unless the user's prior written consent thereto is obtained.
   2. The user hereby agrees that Sage Pastel from time to time may communicate with it.
9. Security
   Any user that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this website or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this website shall be criminally prosecuted.
10. Softline may also, at its sole discretion, institute civil action for damages suffered as a result of such conduct.
