LetsInvoice:
A flexible invoicing module designed to cater for specific industry needs, and much more.
Current variants include specialist systems for:
Glass merchants (flat glass only) –the system caters for the calculation of square metres and petrol levy
Plumbers who undertake insurance replacements – the invoice will contain additional information specific to their needs
Steel vendors

LetsSync:
This powerful module has two main functions:
Transferring all transactional data, as well as new master records (general ledger, customers, suppliers, inventory, sales codes and cost codes), belonging to the same set of accounts, between branches at different locations. There is no limit to the number of locations/branches.
Sending updated inventory prices from the head office to the various locations/branches.

The data can be transmitted via email (the system attaches a small text file), ftp site or flash drive.

 

LetsDeliver:
LetsDeliver provides the ability to create delivery schedules for different vehicles, allowing Customer Invoices, Customer Sales Orders and Supplier Purchase Orders (should there be a need for collections as well) to be linked to a Schedule.
There is provision to capture each vehicle with its registration and descriptions, as well s drivers, assistants and loaders.
The odometer reading is captured before and after each trip, as well as time in and out.

LetsAnalyse:
LetsAnalyse is an enhanced Customer Statement and Age Analysis application that provides the ability of linking many customer accounts to one account. For example, you have many accounts for various branches of a certain customer account, but the head office requires only one consolidated account containing all the transactions for every branch. LetsAnalyse will provide statements and an age analysis in the above format.
Individual statements can, however, still be produced if necessary.
The application also provides the option of producing an age analysis showing only invoices due according to the payment due date saved on the invoice. For example, if the customer has been invoiced but the payment is not due in the month for which the age analysis is being printed, the invoice will not reflect on the report, thus providing an precise total of what is actually due for that month.
The age analysis will also show a separate final total for credit values and debit values, for each terms column.
